Behind the Scenes Assist and Prep Position

Keep Floral Studio is a boutique design studio using flowers to celebrate life’s big events across Colorado. We are currently in search of a behind-the-scenes project manager. This role will assist with flower conditioning, candle prep, hard goods organization, and cleaning during busy wedding weeks. Ideally, this person will also assist during wedding events in the mountains. The ideal candidate is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to accomplish tasks, checking off the long list of to-do’s that add up during the week before a wedding. We would love to find someone interested in learning, someone who is a clear communicator, organized, and excitable.

Starting pay will be hourly + paid based on experience + skill level. For mountain events, accommodations & meals will be provided.

Tasks

• Bucket Cleaning & Filling

• Floral Processing & Conditioning

• Clean Up From Previous Wedding

• Candle Counting, Cleaning and, Prep for Next Wedding

• Vessel/Hard Goods Prep

• Lunch Ordering & PickUp

• Occasional Driving

Requirements

Comfort & Ability to lift up to 50lbs, Ability to Stand for multiple hours, Available at least one Weekday, Available on Weekends
